So proud of @kateagee for being selected by her classmates as the sophomore representative to the homecoming court at @lipscombacademy. The court was presented during halftime last night where @lamustangfb had and incredible win over CPA. Even with thunderstorms and COVID protocols, Kate rolled through all of it like everything was perfect. I am so very blessed to be the father of this wonderful young lady. #family #lahomecoming2020 #lipscombacademy

My first time shopping in a grocery store since the pandemic began and apparently I’m interpreting these signs differently than most everybody else – seems like they must actually say “please, please, please go this way!” Don’t think I’ll be doing this again any time soon.

Yesterday @kateagee and I went down to the TN / AL border and spent the day hiking to Mill Creek and the Walls of Jericho. The “walls” and waterfalls were stunning and were a great payoff in the middle of a very tough hike. In total we did approximately 14-miles with almost 3,000 ft of elevation gain. It was a great daddy-daughter day. #family #hiking

Sara and I did our deck-of-cards partner workout again today. Each person takes turns drawing a single card and you work through the entire deck. The suit determines what exercise you do and the number defines the reps. In total Sara did 38 sit-ups, 67 pushups, 47 squats, and 43 burpees. I did 56 sit-ups, 27 pushups, 49 squats, and 51 burpees. As always, this is a really fun way to workout. #family #workout
