Sara taught me another new workout this afternoon that we did together. We setup a 15’ x 15’ square in a parking lot. We then started by running one fast lap around the square and then did 1 push-up and 1 squat inside the square. Next we did 2 laps with 2 push-ups and 2 squats and continued that pattern for 12 minutes. Sara finished 8 sets (36 pushups and squats) and I finished 9 sets (45 push-ups and squats). We finished everything off with a 1.25 mile run. #family #workout #running
