Today was a scheduled off-day from running and, as usual for my off-days, I ROCKED IT!

It was nice to have the day to recover from the hard track workout last night. My legs are fairly sore, and it will be interesting to see how they feel on my run tomorrow
Even though it was an off-day from running, I still completed the majority of the Ab Ripper X workout from P90X tonight. This included:
- In & Out (15)
- Bicycle (15 each direction)
- Crunchy Frog (15)
- Wide Leg Situps (15)
- Hip Rock & Raise (15)
- Pulse-Ups (15)
- V-Up Roll-Ups (15)
- Oblique V-Up (15 each side)
- Leg Climb (7 each leg)
- Mason Twist (40)
